Halloween Ends Trailer: Jamie Lee Curtis’ Final Outing as Laurie Strode is Here!

The Halloween Ends trailer has us all hooked! The franchise has become a cult classic for slasher films over the years, much like the Scream franchise and, it is interesting as well as sad to see that it will soon be coming to an end. Are we ready for this? Well, let’s find out what’s in store for us this October!

Directed by David Gordon Green and written by Green, Danny McBride, Paul Brad Logan and Chris Bernier, the film is, of course, based on characters created by John Carpenter and Debra Hill. Serving as a sequel to the 2021 release Halloween Kills, this upcoming film in the franchise is going to be the thirteenth instalment. Halloween Ends is produced by Jason Blum under his Blumhouse Productions banner alongside Rough House Productions, Miramax and Trancas International Pictures.

The upcoming Halloween movie will see Jamie Lee Curtis and James Jude Courtney reprising their roles as Laurie Strode and Michael Myers. Actors Andi Matichak, Will Patton, Kyle Richards, and Omar Dorsey will also be reprising their roles as Laurie’s granddaughter- Allyson, Deputy Frank Hawkins, Lindsey Wallace, and Sheriff Barker. The other cast members include Rohan Campbell and Michael O’Leary (in the character of Dr. Mathis, previously mentioned in Halloween Kills)

The Halloween Ends trailer description reads: “This is Laurie Strode’s last stand. Four years after the events of last year’s Halloween Kills, Laurie is living with her granddaughter Allyson (Andi Matichak) and is finishing writing her memoir. Michael Myers hasn’t been seen since. Laurie, after allowing the spectre of Michael to determine and drive her reality for decades, has decided to liberate herself from fear and rage and embrace life.”

“But when a young man, Corey Cunningham (Rohan Campbell), is accused of killing a boy he was babysitting, it ignites a cascade of violence and terror that will force Laurie to finally confront the evil she can’t control, once and for all.”
