Ferry The Series Ending Explained
The series begins with the police arresting Arie Tack, the biggest drug seller in Brabant. We then see Ferry, who is struggling to sell drugs. He has the best quality, but no one is willing to buy at such a high price and quantity. However, when he learns that Arie has been arrested, he attempts to meet with Arie’s partner, the biker gang named Pusaka. Initially, he manages to meet Ricardo, who refuses to make a deal with him but takes away all the drugs he has with him.
Later, when he returns home, his girlfriend informs him that she is pregnant. Ferry is not happy, as he has no money and believes he cannot make Danielle happy without it. However, he receives a surprise visit at his home from the head of the Pusaka gang, Mike, who is impressed with the quality of his drugs. Mike demands that Ferry produce one million units for the amount of one million in a week and even pays him for the drugs taken by his gang members.

Ferry then meets with Lars, his girlfriend’s brother and partner, who manufactures the drugs. After the meeting, Lars informs him that producing such a large quantity will require a significant amount of PMK, which is not readily available. Shortly after Arie Tack is released from jail, he learns that the Pusaka gang has cancelled their deal with him and started working with someone else.
Arie attempts to contact Ferry and offers a deal to produce the drugs for him, claiming to have all the necessary materials. However, Ferry is not interested in making a deal with them and decides to rob Arie for the materials. He devises a plan with Lars to work with Arie and, once he learns the location of the lab, he will steal the materials.

Why did Ferry kill Marco?
Marco is one of Farry’s friends whom he has known since they were sixteen, so he shares everything with him. But after Farry got the order for the drugs, Lars told him that if they didn’t have PMK, they could use sassafras oil to make drugs, which can be found in shampoos. This made Farry think about Marco because he runs a salon and he wanted to open his own shampoo line.
He then went to meet with Marco and told him about the deal, asking if he would like to be a part of it. Initially, Marco refused, but he later agreed to work with him to earn extra money. So, under the name of Markcosmatics, he ordered the sassafras oil and then gave it to Farry. However, he was always concerned that nothing should go wrong. His character was not fearless; he always kept questioning whether there was anything wrong with the business.

Somehow, the police found out that Mark had ordered a bulk amount of sassafras oil, which led them to investigate further and discover his connection to Farry, who already had a criminal record in Amsterdam. Mark, being afraid of everything and thinking he would end up in jail, decided to tell his wife everything he had done. His wife suggested that he should go to the police under the condition that his life would be forgiven.

He helped the police once by revealing that the Pusaka gang was involved with Farry and they were going to make a delivery that night. This nearly resulted in them getting caught and led to a halt in the business between Pusaka and Farry, as they decided not to proceed until they knew who had leaked the information.
The police asked Marco to wear a wire and record Farry confessing to the crime. He did so, but when he played the tape for his wife Sabien, Danielle somehow happened to hear it as well, she learned that Marco was planning to let Farry get arrested. She then went to Farry and told him everything about Marco, which ultimately led to Farry killing Marco, as he believed that if he didn’t kill him Pusaka would refuse to do business with him again.

When the police tried to question Farry about Marco’s disappearance, he refused to speak. Danielle decided to be his witness, confirming that Farry was with her the entire night when Marco went missing. As a result, they couldn’t charge Farry, and he was set free. In the end, he and Danielle got married.
