Evil Dead Rise Plot
Evil Dead Rise is a highly anticipated addition to the iconic horror franchise that began in 1981 with Sam Raimi’s original film. While the movie is a continuation of the series, it offers a fresh take on the story that will appeal to both new and longtime fans of the franchise.
The plot of the movie revolves around two sisters, Beth and Ellie, who reunite after a long time when they discover a mysterious book hidden in Ellie’s apartment building. However, the book unleashes an evil force that possesses the living and turns them into bloodthirsty demons.

Beth and Ellie find themselves in a fight for survival as the demons take over the building, forcing them to use their resourcefulness and whatever they can find as weapons. As they struggle to stay alive, they encounter other survivors, including a former soldier who joins them in their battle against the demonic onslaught.
For the fans of the horror franchise, the film’s setting in an urban environment is also a departure from the previous Evil Dead films, which were set in remote cabins in the woods.

The movie is based on the cult characters created by Sam Raimi, who directed the original predecessor film and produced subsequent instalments in the series. Raimi’s legacy in horror cinema is undeniable, and his influence is sure to be felt throughout Evil Dead Rise. The film is produced by Rob Tapert, who has produced all of the previous films in the franchise. Furthermore, Bruce Campbell, the franchise favorite, will also be part of the movie.
Evil Dead Rise promises to be a bone-chilling and heart-pumping ride, with an ample dose of gore, jump scares, and moments of unbearable tension. The film stays true to the franchise’s tradition of over-the-top horror and dark humour, delivering an experience that will be a perfect treat for horror fans.
