Echo 3 Trailer: Luke Evans and Michiel Huisman Will Stop At Nothing to Find Amber

Echo 3 Trailer has been released for an upcoming action thriller streaming on Apple TV+, next month. The series is created by Academy Award winner Mark Boal (who has also worked on The Hurt Locker, and Zero Dark Thirty). It is based on the award-winning series “When Heroes Fly,” created by Omri Givon and inspired by the eponymous novel by Amir Gutfreund.

There are 10 episodes in the series which is set in South America and follows Amber Chesborough, a brilliant young scientist who is the emotional heart of a small American family. When Amber goes missing along the Colombia-Venezuela border her brother, Bambi, and her husband, Prince — two men with deep military experience and complicated pasts — struggle to find her in a layered personal drama, set against the explosive backdrop of a secret war.

The cast of the series includes Luke Evans and Michiel Huisman alongside Jessica Ann Collins. It also stars Martina Gusman as Violetta, a prominent political columnist. The series features James Udom, Maria Del Rosario, Alejandro Furth, Juan Pablo Raba and special guest star, Bradley Whitford.

Pablo Trapero has directed four episodes including the pilot and serves as an executive producer.

In the trailer, we see that Bambi is making an announcement for his sister Amber to hear. He says that everyone is really worried about her and she has done nothing wrong. Could there be something that happened in the family and drove her away? Soon we see that Amber is being held captive somewhere and she says, “My name is Amber Chesborough and I’m being held against my will in Venezuela.”

Stuck between political games and warfare, Bambi and Prince have to take things into their own hands to find her and get her home, safely. While Amber also believes that they will come for her but the visuals show her holding on to her dear life in torturous situations. What is the reason behind her captivity and will she be rescued in time, is what lies ahead.
