Doctor Strange Fans Share Memes and Reactions to ‘I Love You in Every Universe’ Line

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is out in theatres from May 6. The film is directed by Sam Raimi, and it stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor/Stephen Strange, Elizabeth Olsen as Wanda, Rachel McAdams as Christine Palmer, Benedict Wong as Wong and Xochitl Gomez as America Chavez. The article contains spoilers from the film.

In the Multiverse of Madness, Chavez opens a portal that transports her and Strange to another universe. Stephen meets that universe’s Christine and learns that even they couldn’t end up together (he was also dead). Due to some unfortunate events, Doctor Strange and Christine travel to another universe where everything has gone wrong.

We finally meet the Sinister Strange with a dark hold. Sinister Strange tells Doctor Strange that he used the book to find a universe where he and Christine are together. However, there’s no universe where the two end up together. After defeating the evil Strange and stopping Wanda, Doctor Strange says something very endearing to Christine.

Stephen Strange finally expresses his true feelings to the other Christine. He says, “I love you in every universe.” These lines have stuck with the Marvel fans. Many have compared it with Iron Man’s ‘I Love You, 3000’. Some fans have shared memes and reactions to this cute dialogue on social media.
