A new Korean Drama from JTBC is here, and the fans have spoken in the Doctor Cha Episode 9 Twitter reactions. Also known as 닥터 차정숙, this series stars Uhm Jung-hwa, Kim Byung-chul, Min Wook-hyuk, Myung Se-bin, Song Ji-ho, Jo A-ram, Baek Joo-hee, Park Jun-Keum, Kim Mi-kyung, Lee Seo-yoon, So A-rin, Park Chul-min, Kimg Byung-choon, Lim Hyoung-soo and Kim Yea-eun, alongside other cast members.
This Korean Drama series is directed by Kim Dae-Jin and written by Jung Yeo-Rang. This show shows the protagonist making a drastic lifestyle choice. After putting a pause on her medical resident career to become a homemaker, Cha Jeong-suk decides to start her training all over again when her husband, In-ho, a chief surgeon at the university hospital, cheats on her.
Strap in your seatbelts because the whiplash in this episode is crazy. Initially, we are made to feel absolutely desolate as Jeong-suk deals with the fact that her husband is a cheating douchebag. She recalls her own wedding and realises the kind of mess that made that event what it was. Now that mess is biting back at her in this way. Meanwhile, Seung-hi is dealing with her own existential crisis, given that her daughter is obsessed with bringing Jeong-suk’s family to their knees.
Fortunately, we don’t see an all-out verbal brawl between Eun-seo and I-rang in this episode, but we do see a cake smashing, which is something In-ho desperately deserves. After all this drama, Jeong-suk finally takes a moment to think and even consults a divorce law firm in order to see the best course of action after this. She decides that the first thing would be to leave this house and move into the residential dorms at the hospital, where she runs into Jung-min and Doctor Jeon.
As we know (and so does Doctor Cha) that the two of them are dating each other. Here is where the Twitter reactions come in. Jung-min ran away, incredibly scared that he would be found out, and it was so comical that the rest of the Doctor Cha fandom had to comment on behalf of the poor Jung-min and express that Jeong-suk knows everything. He should perhaps keep it discreet, not incredibly loud like this. Someone else in this episode has been extremely loud, and it is In-ho.

For context, we see the medical volunteers go to a local village and give them treatment for the kind of ailments they have that can be treatable as much as possible at the moment. So In-ho goes reluctantly but only after Jeong-suk signed up. Roy Kim is also there, and he is ready to make this the trip where he and Jeong-suk become fast friends. While that is not his explicit goal, he has been laying it on pretty thick for Jeong-suk. So much so that In-ho has been feeling jealous, and he doesn’t even like her!
The last time Jeong-suk’s mother-in-law had some brain cells, given the cheating thing and the baby out-of-wedlock thing (which is the least of the problems). However, this time she backtracked so hard that she started blaming Jeong-suk for not being respectful at her own birthday dinner. There is really no way to stan this character anymore, and fans of the show express the same disappointment. They have also commented how Doctor cha and its cheating trope requires a level of patience most people don’t have for shows like this.
Since the hilarity in this episode was high, we see In-ho and Roy Kim get into some serious shenanigans that are so funny. Surprisingly, no one has taken to creating memes about the same because the template is too hilarious. However, the savagery that Jeong-suk came in this episode has not slipped past the people who were waiting for the character to finally clap back at his uncivilised behaviour. Without any further ado, here are the reactions from this episode.
