Doctor Cha Episode 7 Twitter Reactions: Rallying Cries For A Love Triangle Resonate

A new Korean Drama from JTBC is here, and the fans have spoken in the Doctor Cha Episode 7 Twitter reactions. Also known as 닥터 차정숙, this series stars Uhm Jung-hwa, Kim Byung-chul, Min Wook-hyuk, Myung Se-bin, Song Ji-ho, Jo A-ram, Baek Joo-hee, Park Jun-Keum, Kim Mi-kyung, Lee Seo-yoon, So A-rin, Park Chul-min, Kimg Byung-choon, Lim Hyoung-soo and Kim Yea-eun, alongside other cast members.

This Korean Drama series is directed by Kim Dae-Jin and written by Jung Yeo-Rang. This show shows the protagonist making a drastic lifestyle choice. After putting a pause on her medical resident career to become a homemaker, Cha Jeong-suk decides to start her training all over again when her husband, In-ho, a chief surgeon at the university hospital, cheats on her.

In this episode, we see Jeong-suk’s mother-in-law insert herself into the worst of situations. She interrupts Roy Kim and Jeong-suk’s serious conversation. She doesn’t help her granddaughter when her son berates I-rang for trying out for art school. Additionally, she impersonated Jeong-suk and took out a loan on a property she didn’t even own. It worsens because she has a boyfriend who is paying for everything she wants but still uses her son’s money for everything.

Meanwhile, Jeong-suk has taken it upon herself to pay for I-rang’s entire college tuition so she can go to art school. To do that, she sells some of her things, sets some other things aside, and even gets a credit loan on her overdraft account. After this loan, she manages to pay off her daughter’s fees, and that is one hurdle crossed of the many she has to go through. Her son, Jung-min, has been the lackey of Doctor Jeon, a senior resident who is in charge of training these younger residents.

She is cutthroat and strong but especially bossy towards Jung-min. Knowing this, Jeong-suk takes up a task meant for him in order to spare his dignity. It only worsens when she goes to Doctor Jeon’s dorm room to pick up her phone, and she sees men’s clothing, all resembling Jung-min’s clothing. It is now evident that she knows about Jung-min’s relationship, but he is being extremely cagey about it, so she lets it go.

In-ho has been feeling even more stressed, and his arms are totally out of commission. Fortunately, Roy Kim is there to pick up the slack and even fill in for documentation work when a camera crew comes to the department. Amidst all of this, there is a patient who has been fixed with a stoma, and since his condition has gotten better, he can get it removed. However, the surgery doesn’t go too well, and he might have to keep that around to function like a human.

A still from the episode

This has taken a toll on his wife, but she is happy to care for him. Enter his in-laws, who are begging him to end this marriage and spare their daughter. Feeling very depressed, he goes up to the roof, contemplating suicide, when Jeong-suk finds him and tries her best to calm him down. However, her attempts go in vain because when she asks him to get off the ledge, he runs right off of it. In an attempt to save him, she grabs his hand, but they are both pulled off.

The good news? There was already an air mat below the building. The two of them could be caught. The bad news? Roy Kim and In-ho heard about Jeong-suk’s attempt to pacify the patient and ran up to the roof after her. They saw her fall, but they also saw her caught. Running swiftly after her, they compete and vie for her attention. While In-ho is shaking her and asking why she did something so dangerous, Roy Kim barrels towards her and takes her in for a hug. Scandalous eyes roam.

Fans thoroughly enjoy this development because, so far, all the interactions with Roy Kim have been intensely decorous. This is out of the norm and could mean something cool for Jeong-suk and him in the next episode. Perhaps he does tell her something important, like a confession. Most fans are just excited to see something this chaotic on screen. It is hilarious, enjoyable and a true dopamine hit.
