Divorce Attorney Shin Episode 10 follows the divorce battle between Ma Geum-hui and the Daenam Electronics chairman, as both sides have prepared a strong case against the other. Meanwhile, love blossoms between Hyeong-geun and So-yeon as they slowly take a step to connect with each other better.

The episode showcases how the Chairman is gearing up to put a strong battle in front of Ma Geum-hui so that he doesn’t lose any of his valuable assets. It is more so confirmed by his conversation with Jin Yeong-ju where he asks her to take good care of the lawyers & make sure that they get the best deal out of it.
It’s not a fight but a bargain where he knows that he might lose some, but he has to have a good defence that can stop big harm from coming his way. He wishes to get out of the situation without much damage. Likewise, Yeong-ju puts up the question asking what’s in it for her & expresses to get Gi-yeong’s share in the company.
While in the last episode, Park Yu-seok’s job was at the line, the tables turned very quickly as Yeong-ju resigned from her position, leaving him in charge. However, it’s not certain if it’s a good thing for him or if she is plotting something even bigger that would bring him down as well.
On the other hand, Geum-hui seems to be worried about Shin Sung-han facing several lawyers at once, for her case. She had demanded at least 20% of the company, which her family helped the chairman build. But when she shares some intricate yet scandalous details about her marriage, Sung-han thinks they should aim for 50% instead.

She gives him a diary and all the documents which contain the information about all the ladies, Chairman had affairs with & all the transactions that she had to do, to keep them from revealing the affairs. She had been giving them monetary support when needed & even got them to sign notarized papers that would refrain them from talking about the affair anywhere.
This piece of information makes the case even more stronger and gives Sung-han an upper hand for now. However, it’s too soon to say that it will be a victory since we don’t know what the team of lawyers might have up their sleeve. But it can be assured that Sung-han is turning a new leaf in his life & career.
He referenced the case with Beethoven’s Piano concerto no 3, which is said to be the point when Beethoven made his own identity leaving his role model Mozart’s influences behind. This could be seen as Sung-han bracing himself to create a name for himself & finally get the justice that he has been aiming for a long time.
On a brighter note, Lee Seo-jin’s decision to start a personal streaming channel was definitely the right move, as she is slowly climbing the stage, she has been pushed away from. But every path has some hurdles & here the hate comments from one particular user are becoming the bane in the eyes of Seo-jin’s supporters.
Gathering some strength, she decides to sue the hate commenter, only to find a 14-year-old girl in front of her. The girl comes from a troubled family and projected her pain onto the people in the public eye as she was jealous of Hyeon-u, whose mother decided to win his custody no matter what. Whereas the girl’s mother ran away with someone else, leaving an ailing husband. Listening to her story Seo-jin decides not to sue & advises her to ask for help.
Meanwhile, Hyeong-geun and the noodle shop owner So-yeon, are slowly exploring their relationship and sparks are definitely flying between them. The episode also had some hilarious moments amongst the three friends, who are always looking after each other. At the end of the episode, we see that teary-eyed Gi-yeong comes asking for help from attorney Sung-han.
Summing Up: Divorce Attorney Shin Episode 10
This episode feels like the one before all the tear waterfalls start falling in the coming week. Sung-han’s carefree attitude is somewhat nerve-wracking as something unexpected might come up his way. The way Gi-yeong came looking for help, surely some grave details are about to come out which might make Sung-han furious & all the more eager to bring the Daenam group down.
