In a Variety interview, the Fast and the Furious actor stated, “To play a character that could reincarnate, rejuvenate and represent life as trees do.” Moreover, Vin also said, “That was healing for me”, about voicing the now fan favourite Groot for the first part of the franchise.

Notably, After the tragic death of his friend and co-star Paul Walker, Vin Diesel found solace in his work on the set of Guardians of the Galaxy. Playing the role of Groot, a lovable tree-like creature who communicates with only three words, Diesel was able to immerse himself in a character that offered a sense of comfort and escape.

Chris Pratt Stole the Star Lord Costume

Chris Pratt, who portrays the charismatic Star-Lord in superhero films, is known for his kind heart and dedication to charity work. In a heartwarming gesture, Pratt reportedly stole his Star-Lord costume from the set so that he could surprise sick children in the hospital with a visit from their favourite superhero.
