It is time to slay some demons and forge some swords with Demon Slayer Season 3 Episode 4! One of the most popular anime series of our time is back with its third season, also called Demon Slayer Swordsmith Village Arc Episode 4 and Kimetsu no Yaiba Katanakaji no Sato-hen Episode 4. Demon Slayer is an action and fantasy anime based on a manga penned by Koyoharu Gotouge. This season is also being animated by Studio ufotable.
After somehow surviving their battle against the fearsome duo of Daki and Gyuutarou, who also form the Upper rank Six of the Twelve Demon Moons, Tanjirou is off for another adventure, this time accompanying a different set of Hashiras (pillars). Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui can’t make it this time, so the burden falls upon Muichirou Tokitou and Mitsuri Kanroji, the Mist and Love Hashiras.
The hunt for Kibutsuji Muzan to restore Nezuko to a human and to avenge his parents is still on for our protagonist, Kamado Tanjiro. He is accompanied in his adventures by his sister, Nezuko, alongside a ragtag group of similarly insane individuals, Inosuke and Zenitsu. This time, the journey takes Tanjiro to the Swordsmith Village, for he has managed to destroy his sword for the second time. Multiple tough battles and tougher opponents await!

The demons have launched a full-scale attack on the one place the Demon Slayer Corps can not afford to lose- the swordsmith village. It was a smart move on their part, but they should have probably done some more research on who exactly was there in the village before attacking it, for they are now locked into a battle with (hopefully) two Hashiras, Tanjiro, and whoever else makes it here in time. We are in for a long night!

Against his better judgement and because of Tanjiro’s words, Tokito chose to save Kotetsu. This has bound to have greater implications on this arc, as well as tells us that he is not as big of a dick as we all thought he was. One also wonders where Mitsuri is in all this, as she hasn’t been seen in a while, and her help could be very useful here. I am not doubting Tokito and Tanjiro’s fighting skills, but come on. They will get their asses beat if this continues like this.

Tanjiro and Kotetsu pore over the old sword when they are greeted by Haganezuka, Tanjiro’s original sword creator. After some shenanigans, he promises to polish the old sword for Tanjiro in three days. Tanjiro has conversations with Genya about his healing and Tokito about his insistence to save everybody he can, despite getting in trouble because of it. The village is then attacked by two upper-ranked demons.
