In the next episode, Yoon-bok and Hong-do’s dating era will be focused. The two will go on sweet dates and share their feelings mutually. Yoon-ah and Hong-hak’s romance will also kickstart given his comic based on her is a success and she’s also slowly seeing the courageous good man in Hong-hak. Additionally, Yi-bok will make use of their old feelings to learn more about Jun-ho and his sudden success. She will secretly dig deep to find evidence to prove he is the culprit. However, his feelings for her will grow and he will start trusting her.

Camille will figure out a way to earn the Seongsan villagers’ trust and go about with her plans. Most of her plans will work out and soon the villagers will trust her. With all the stories having their own flow, some terror will occur to shake things up, say a danger might await Hong-do as she’s dating Yoon-bok.

Dare to Love Me Episode 9 Recap

Yoon-bok attends his mother’s second-day funeral ceremony and embraces his mourning sister. Reconnecting with Yi-bok, they resolve to create new memories. Meanwhile, Hong-do, confused by Yoon-bok’s unusual affection the previous night, calls him out of concern. They meet, and Yoon-bok tells her it would be great if she continues to stay by his side.

Hong-do is startled by Yoon-bok’s changed demeanour. He’s always kept his distance, but now he is drawing closer. Yoon-bok starts learning comic sketching from Hong-hak and frequently visits Hong-do’s apartment, acting with extreme kindness, causing her to think about him constantly.

Day by day, Yoon-bok’s actions further confuse Hong-do. He becomes more affectionate and loving. Meanwhile, in Seongsan village, Master Shin offers Camille a better place to stay. During her walks, she finds a shoe store with authentic Joseon Era shoes. Captivated by a slipper called Pichokye, she buys a pair, decorates them with pearls, and uploads a picture online.

The slipper trends the next day, boosting the shoe seller’s business. Camille gains the artisan’s trust. Yoon-bok discovers Yi-bok is a cop, and she assures him she will watch over Jun-ho so he can rest. At Jun-ho’s restaurant, he worries about Yi-bok’s tireless work after their mother’s death. They reminisce about their past relationship.

Hong-do visits a new cafe and meets Hyang-gi. They bond over being betrayed by Do-yeong. Later, Hong-do overhears Yoon-bok’s conversation, misinterpreting his words as only showing kindness out of respect.

Heartbroken, Hong-do leaves. Unbeknownst to her, Yoon-bok genuinely likes her. That night, Yoon-bok buys a cake and visits Hong-do. Seeing her asleep, he reflects on his feelings. They wake up, and Yoon-bok confesses, culminating in a kiss. The episode ends with Yoon-bok kissing Hong-do. In the epilogue, Yoon-bok gets mad at Hong-hak for ending his comic with the leads separating after a kiss.
