The upcoming show is none other than Crushology 101, which is based on the popular Webtoon Bunny and Oppas, leaving fans of the story already excited for the Kdrama. Adding on to this mix is the wonderful cast which has already been gracing our eyes with their beautiful visuals.

Crushology 101 (바니와 오빠들) follows a student whose traumatic first relationship leaves her with low self-esteem; but when men with various charms begin to appear in front of her, things begin to get confusing. The teaser of the show gives us a peek at the chaos that erupts with this new chapter in her life as she chooses the man who is perfect for her.

Crushology 101 Plot

Bringing the story of healing one’s self-esteem while reconnecting with the belief in love, this is a sweet and youthful journey of a young student who wishes to find love that is perfect for her. Fate too doesn’t shy away from helping her as several good-looking and perfect boyfriend material men start appearing around her.

Ban Hee-jin, aka Bunny, is the top student at the sculpture department in Yein University and is known for her good personality. She has always believed that personality matters more than looks when it comes to relationships and even dated a man who was not so good-looking but was good natured. However, the relationship didn’t turn out as she expected, and its failure left her embarrassed and insecure. Now, she admits that she likes good-looking men and would only date someone who meets this criteria.

However, a failed relationship leaves her with low self-esteem and makes it hard for her to fall in love again. But life is ready to take a turn as men with various charms and charismatic personalities begin appearing in front of her. Among them is Hwang Jae-yul, the representative of the visual design department who is respected and loved by his peers. Known for his warmth and ambition, he sweeps Bunny off her feet in just a few encounters.

On the other hand, there is Cha Ji-won, the grandson of a chaebol family who is handsome, smart, and comes with a good personality. He is the boyfriend of every girl’s dreams and soon becomes another candidate for Bunny. But will Bunny be able to find the love she wishes in any one of these two perfect, gorgeous, and dream-like men?

Crushology 101 Cast

Directed by Kim Ji-hoon, the drama stars Roh Jeong-eui as Ban Hee-jin, Lee Chae-min as Hwang Jae-yul, Cho Jun-young as Cha Ji-won, Hong Min-ki as Jin Hyeon-o, and other cast members. Heirarchy and Our Beloved Summer star Roh Jeong-rui makes her return with this rom-com as she stars alongside her fellow Hierarchy and See You in My 19th Life star Lee Chae-min and All That We Loved star Cho Jun-young.

Crushology 101 Release Date and Time

Crushology 101 takes over MBC’s Friday and Saturday 9:50 PM KST time slot previously occupied by Undercover High School. The show consists of 12 episodes, which will begin broadcasting on April 4th, 2025, and will continue until May 10th, 2025. New episodes of the show will be released every Friday and Saturday on MBC and will be available for streaming on TVING and Viki.
