I have enjoyed this very heartfelt KRC(Korean romantic comedy). Really looking forward to seeing more of these talented actors!
It is a good drama light hearted and relevant although the ‘power’ of the ahjuma mums is quite exaggerated and the so called romance between the auntie – nephew leads is ‘heart wrenching’. Chiyeol can simply quit the tuition centre given that his popularity is the key recipe for the success of the Pride and set up his own centre. minus the ahjuma mums he will still have long lines of parents enroling given his charm and popularity. The female lead is not suitable as his gf. The scene in the car where he was to sweep her hair while she fell asleep was cringy. Imagine doing that to his mum yucks. I hope nothing romantic eventually pans out or at least nothing physical lest giving me the butterflies to throw up. The male lead is carrying the show honestly and without him it will just be another ahjuma melodrama. So please don’t destroy his suave image built up so far.
