It’s time for Marvel fans to cheer up as the press tour for Thor Love and Thunder has officially begun. Directed and written by Taika Waititi, with co-writer Jennifer Kaytin Robinson, this upcoming Marvel movie serves as a direct sequel to the 2017 masterpiece Thor: Ragnarok. Based on the Marvel comic character Thor by Stan Lee, Larry Lieber and Jack Kirby, this upcoming release makes up for the 29th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
The announcement for Thor Love and Thunder came back in 2019 but, it wasn’t until recently that the movie finished filming with behind-the-scenes pictures from the set and, costume revelations came upfront. Now, with the press tour starting off, one can only imagine counting the days before the superhero film hits the big screen.

Chris Hemsworth, who plays the titular character in the Thor movie franchise shared a post calling their long-lead press tour day fill with “wackiness and hilarity”. The post features Hemsworth, along with actor Tessa Thompson and director Taika Waititi posing with victory signs up in the air.
Thor 4, as the upcoming film is also known, will star an ensemble cast that features Chris Hemsworth as Thor, along with Tessa Thompson, Natalie Portman, Christian Bale, Chris Pratt, Jaimie Alexander, Pom Klementieff, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Sean Gunn, Jeff Goldblum, and Vin Diesel, in major roles. The film is scheduled to hit theatres on July 8, 2022.
