– Cem Yılmaz Diamond Elite Platinum Plus review does contain spoilers –

Cem Yilmaz in Cem Yilmaz Diamond Elite Platinum Plus has an easy and light presence. It feels like he is made for performing. With his cape and his own set of personal reasons for wearing the cape, he goes into quite a funny and prolonged monologue comparing other people’s kids on social media and his own kids on social media. During the first few minutes, it seems like the audience receives him quite well. Instead of deciding on a position to centre himself around, he constantly moves around the stage a lot which might be distracting to a few members of the audience, but for others, it is what moves the proceedings along.

Cem Yilmaz in the standup talks a lot about his kids. While this might be an additional positive for a lot of individuals, it might also not be effective for another group. There are also a lot of intergenerational comparisons. Yilmaz is clearly interested in basing a lot of his humour on the institution of family.

His uncle, who used to drink and drive and forget about everything that was happening around him was probably not as much of an admirer of “family”. Cem Yilmaz makes it a point to also physically act out certain scenes to make it easier for the viewer to imagine what actually transpired during certain incidents. He is definitely quite the actor as well.

Cem Yilmaz Diamond Elite Platinum Plus

Cem Yilmaz  Diamond Elite Platinum Plus falls short on quite a few things. Chief among them is definitely continuity. Cem Yilmaz certainly tries his best best to iron out the differences between two consecutive jokes, but sometimes it does not work out quite well. The lack of continuity becomes quite evident. In terms of a consistent utilisation of props, he lets go of his cape quite soon. He also had a magic wand/stick that he also lets go of too soon. There is an underutilisation of the physical props present on the set, which if used efficiently could provide some relief during this long duration.

His hard work and dedication towards comedy and towards developing this comic strip is appreciable, even if the outcome is not completely up to speed with the intentions in Cem Yilmaz Diamond Elite Platinum Plus He has made sincere attempts towards maintaining the flow of the script and has managed to integrate incidents spanning across a lifetime of experiences among his community.

Summing up: Cem Yilmaz Diamond Elite Platinum Plus

Cem Yilmaz Diamond Elite Platinum Plus

Cem Yilmaz Diamond Elite Platinum Plus is an enjoyable watch for almost everyone. It has all the components of a typical comedy set. But it might get boring, if not taken with a grain of salt. The audience, on the screen follows up every joke with a dedicated applause but we are not sure about the reaction it will elicit from people who watch it on the screen. If you are looking for an easy watch which might or might not be funny, then do give it a watch.

Cem Yilmaz Diamond Elite Platinum Plus is now streaming on Netflix.
