Bucchigiri Episode 7 Preview: When, Where, and How to Watch!

Bucchigiri Episode 7 Preview: In the last episode, Arajin stops being weak and takes charge. He also saves Mahoro.

Bucchigiri?! is a new anime series that’s generating a lot of buzz. It’s an original anime from MAPPA, the studio behind popular shows like Attack on Titan and Jujutsu Kaisen. It’s set to premiere this January, so it’s just around the corner!

The series is described as a return to the delinquent/Yanki genre of anime, which was popular in the late 90s and early 2000s with shows like Cromartie High School and Great Teacher Onizuka.

Under the direction of Hiroko Utsumi and the story of Taku Kishimoto, the series also consists of the musical composition of Michiru Ōshima, while character designs are by Takahiro Kagami.

The opening theme, “Sesame” by Kroi, sets the tone, and the ending theme will be Love je t’aime (らぶじゅてーむ)” by Mahiru Coda (甲田まひる).

So based on what’s been revealed so far, it seems like Bucchigiri?! will be a martial arts-focused anime with a bit of a retro throwback feel. The story follows Arajin Tomoshibi, who gets caught up in battles among powerful individuals after reuniting with his former friend Matakara Asamine.

And as if that’s not enough, there’s also a giant demon lurking in the shadows!

It sounds like the series will have a mix of action, drama, and maybe even a bit of humor, all set against a backdrop of intense battles and supernatural threats. It should be an interesting ride, especially for fans of the Yanki genre!

Bucchigiri Episode 7 Plot

Not much is known about the plot as this is an original anime from Mappa and does not have source material or manga to follow. But as the script will be written by Taku Kishimoto, we can stay assured that this anime will be great.

This Kishimoto previously worked on notable and famous anime like Haikyu!!ErasedFruits Basket, so I have high hopes for him. The only thing we got to know is that this anime will revolve around Araji Tomoshibi and his escapades with friends or might I say, enemies?

Bucchigiri Characters

The anime will feature a diverse cast of characters, each bringing their unique traits to the narrative. Among them is Arajin Tomoshibi, voiced by Genki Okawa, the central figure navigating through the battles.

Joining him are Senya, voiced by Masafumi Kobatake, and Mahoro, voiced by Anna Nagase, contributing their distinct voices to the unfolding saga. Notable characters also include Matakara Asamine, voiced by Yūsuke Hoshino, Kenichiro, voiced by Jiro Saito, Zabu, voiced by Yukihiro Nozuyama, Komao, voiced by Kappei Yamaguchi, Marito, voiced by Nozomu Sasaki, Outa, voiced by Ryōta Takeuchi, Jabashiri, voiced by Makoto Furukawa, Hagure, voiced by Shouta Hayama, and Akutaro, voiced by Chihiro Suzuki. This ensemble of characters promises a rich and dynamic narrative experience.

In the last episode, we saw NG Boys attacking Siguma Squad and Minato Kai. Emperor then gets stopped by Mahoro, and she is struck by him. When he tries to kill her, Arajin beats Emperor and saves her.

Bucchigiri?! Episode 7 Predictions

Based on episode 6, I feel we will see Doman and Marito after knowing the truth about Emperor instigating the fight. Arajin also might become famous for beating Emperor. There will likely be some epic battles, showcasing the unique abilities of the various fighters.

We’ll see some hints of supernatural threats as well, like the giant demon Senya.
