BTS, NCT, SEVENTEEN and Other Top K-pop Boy Group Brand Reputation Rankings For October

BTS has topped the list yet again for Brand Reputation Rankings. The k-pop boy band is followed by NCT and SEVENTEEN on the next respective positions on the list. October Boy Band Reputation Rankings was announced by the Korean Business Research Institute. The rankings are always determined through a detailed analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various male idol groups. The data for this particular list has been collected from September 9 to October 9.

BTS tops the list for the 41st consecutive month

BTS is a wonder boy band and it topped the brand reputation rankings list for the 41st consecutive month comes as no surprise. The boy band had a brand reputation index of 7,748,253. The high-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis include “Coldplay,” “My Universe,” and “Billboard.” Additionally, their highest-ranking related terms include “record,” “collaborate,” and “support.”

The septet’s positivity-negativity analysis showed a score of 76.98% positive reactions, which comes after the fact that ‘My Universe’ has created history at the Billboards by becoming the first song credited to two groups to top the chart.

Others on the Ranking List

The second place on the list was bagged by NCT who rose to second place in the rankings with a brand reputation index of 3,851,680. This marked a 63.52% rise in their score since September. Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN was placed in the third position with a brand reputation index of 3,534,327. The band has seen a 56.03% increase in their own score.

The fourth place was claimed by EXO with a brand reputation index of 2,673,583, whereas INFINITE got a fifth place with a total score for October being 2,183,097.
