All the BTS Members have once again reunited to see off J-hope to the military. It makes him the second member of the group to enlist after Jin joined the military on 13th December 2022. Consisting of members including leader RM, Jin, Suga, J-hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook, the fans got to see them together once again, although to bid farewell to the sunshine of the group.
Considering Jin is already serving in the military, ARMYs were not sure if he would be present there but his appearance definitely made millions of fans happy, as he even posted the group pictures on his Instagram with the caption – the next person. Previously, he was seen commenting on Weverse about J-hope joining him as well & the hilarious conversation was definitely meme material.
Yesterday J-hope also posted his pictures in a fresh Buzz cut, as it’s mandatory to chop off all your hair while enlisting. He also hand-wrote a message for all the fans which said that he will come back after completing his service in good health. Even leader and same-age member RM also posted on his stories saying ‘See you soon Brother’, indicating that he might be soon following his 94-liner friend.
J-hope has been one of the most active members who have been constantly putting out music before enlistment. Recently his international collaboration with rapper J. Cole, On the Street was released just last month, which again became a massive hit and also brought many artists together on the same screen for the song challenge.
On April 1st the official notice was released by BigHit Music regarding the enlistment and noted that there will be no official event on the day of his entry. The entrance ceremony is a private and emotional situation for many men who bid goodbye to their families to enlist for the upcoming months. Looking at the group’s popularity it might become a chaotic crowded event and thus advised ARMYs from visiting the site.
Sending off their favourite idol is always an emotional event for the fans & many turn up to see them for the last time. However, as seen during Jin’s enlistment as well, many fans rooted for them on social media majorly, refraining from crowding the area. All the trending hashtags are related to the BTS members and most are wishing for him to have a good time and hoping that the day of the union comes soon by trending #UntilWeMeetAgainJHOPE.
Currently, another Member Suga is yet to release his upcoming album D-Day, this month, followed by Jimin who released the album FACE with the title track Like Crazy. He will be also coming out with a Disney+ documentary, showcasing the whole process of how the album came into being and the struggles he faced.
