BTS’ Jin to Lead K-Drama Jirisan OST, Exciting Deets Inside

After the rumours of BTS’s song ‘friends’ being in the OST of Marvel’s upcoming movie ‘Eternals’, fans could clearly see how much the boy band has grown and evolved over the years. And, like every other boy band, we can see them take up individual projects too just like we once witnessed with One Direction. According to recent news, it is Seokjin, popularly known by his stage name Jin, who is going to lead the OST for an upcoming Korean drama titled ‘Jirisan’.

Releasing from 24th October 2021 onwards, ‘Jirisan’ stars Jun Ji-hyun, Jun Ji-hoon, Sung Dong-il and Oh Jung-se. The OST is curated by Gaemi who gave us the beautiful lineup for series like ‘Descendants of The Sun’ and ‘The King: Eternal Monarch’. Let us have a look at the details of the soundtrack.

BTS’s Jin part of the ‘Jirisan’ OST

Well, not only is Jin a part of the k-drama’s OST, he is actually the one leading it as the main theme song of the series is by him. The song is going to arrive somewhere midway in the series according to reports.

Replying to a fan comment on Weverse about when his song will get released in the series, BTS’ Jin replied: “Please love ‘Jirisan’ a lot. I’ll watch it too. It was said it will [come out] in the middle part of the drama…” This soundtrack will mark BTS’ Jin’s first solo track.

Apart from a BTS’ member, the OST continues to flaunt an ensemble lineup that includes Taeyeon from Girl’s Generation, Kim Jong Wan from NELL, GAHO, Kim Feel, Paul Kim, Rothy and several others.

Meanwhile, you can stream ‘Jirisan‘ on TVN and globally on iQIYI.
