BTS, ITZY, BLACKPINK And More, Find Out Who Tops The Billboard’s World Albums Chart

There is a treat for all Korean music lovers out there. Billboard Music Awards are back with its World Albums chart to honor music maestros who broke all records in the music business and a music popularity chart for the week ending on October 23!

K-Pop beauty’s group Aespa which had recently launched their new mini-album Savage made it to the No. 1 position on this week’s World Albums chart. It also traces the rookie group’s first physical album release. Savage also made its way to premier this week on Billboard’s Independent albums at again the number 1 rank in inclusion to setting the foot on the Billboard 200 at Number 20 and the Top Album Sales chart at Number 2.

NCT 127 group’s new studio album Sticker made its way to number 4 position on the World Albums chart this week. Sticker also went on to become the 2nd K-pop album of 2021 by successfully establishing its place for four weeks on the Billboard 200 and the only group to attain this accomplishment.

Bangtan Sonyeondan or Beyond the Scene, popularly known as BTS touched down a magnificent total of five albums on this week’s World Albums chart: Map of the Soul made it to number 5 position, Love Yourself: Tear was ranked at number 11 position, followed by Love Yourself: Her at 12th position and Love Yourself: Answer at 14th rank.

ITZY’s first studio album Crazy In Love preserved its number 6 position for three back-to-back weeks on the chart. TXT’s The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE jumped up to number 8th rank in its 20th week, broadening its own track record as the longest-chronicling K-pop album of 2021. The Chaos Chapter: FREEZE also reenlisted itself in Billboard’s Tastemaker Albums graph on number 2 position this week. Last but not least BLACKPINKS’s THE ALBUM landed an impressive rank at number 10 in its 54th week on the World Albums chart.
