Bridgerton Season 3 on Netflix: Release Date, Plot and More About Much-Awaited Romance Show!

Ah, it’s time to go back to the wedding planning and preparation as we get ready to dive head-first into the third season of Bridgerton. The much-awaited romance series, expected to release in two parts, will bring back the grandeur, intrigue and juicy romance and this time, we are expected to follow Lady Whisltedown herself aka Penelope Featherington (Nicola Coughlan).

In the last season, we saw the handsome Anthony Bridgerton find himself in a tough spot as he decided to leave his bachelor days behind him to find a wife, only to stumble upon the Sharma sisters, Kate and Edwina. Although mesmerised by Edwina’s beauty, wit and charms, it’s Kate’s feisty personality that left a lasting impression on Anthony, who, in spite of trying his hardest, couldn’t stop thinking about the eldest Sharma. In the end, it’s Anthony and Kate’s fiery romance that wins and the two of them end up together with Edwina’s blessings.

Bridgerton Season 3

In the latest season, we will see Penelope Featherington dipping her toes into the wedding drama as she dreams of finding a husband who will be understanding of her dreams and passions, especially while keeping her alter ego a secret. Furthermore, she has given up her long-held crush on Colin Bridgerton, who has come back from his travels with a new charm and look. As Penelope focuses on her attempts to get a husband, which goes disastrously at first, she turns a cold shoulder to Colin, who is left confused by his friend’s behaviour, completely oblivious of her feelings for him.

In order to get back into her good books and help her find the man she wishes to marry and thus Colin hatches a plan to help Penelope create the perfect allure that will make any man interested in her. Fortunately or unfortunately, that has its consequences and the extended time that they spend with each other ignites certain feelings in Colin towards Penelope that he was not aware of before. Will Colin be able to figure out whether these new feelings for his best friend are platonic or romantic before Penelope finds a suitor?
