Boys Planet Finale is right upon us and the creators have finally released the official name of the group, under which the selected contestants will be promoting. The South Korean reality competition show is created by Mnet and it consisted of 98 contestants from various backgrounds and countries like South Korea, Japan, and China.
Out of these only 18 contestants were able to make it to the finals and which consisted of Sung Han Bin, Zhang Hao, Kim Jiwoong, Kim Taerae, Han Yujin, Keita, Kim Gyuvin, Ricky, Seok Matthew, Lee Hoe Taek, Park Hanbin, Park Gunwook, Jay, Yoo Seungeon, Yoon Jongwoo, Keum Junhyeon, Jee Jeonghyeon and Na Kamden.
The top 9 contestants from the selected trainees will succeed Kep1er and they will be called ZEROBASEONE, also shortened to ZB1. The official social media accounts have also opened up for the group & they have posted their official logo with the video.
Like all the episodes, the finale is also being live-streamed today which will decide the fate of the 18 contestants. Among them, Jay has been one of the most popular members, for whom the viewers are voting and rooting. The show is also live-streamed in all the CGV movie theatres in Korea as the event will be held in front of a live show audience in Jamsil Arena.
Also, the Kpop group Pentagon’s leader Hui aka Lee Hoe-taek is among the line-up, many fans have been rooting for his second innings as an idol, in the new group. Various performances with new and popular songs were being held, as Hwang Minhyun hosted the live show. After the performances, the final lineup was revealed after asking the contestants about their final comments.
