One of the biggest plus points of the powerful DC film is the constant attachment to its moral theme. The film sticks to the Power Vs People narrative and leads to a satisfying payoff. When the people of Kahndaq finally regain control of their ancient city from Sabbac, a need for a leader arises.

However, Teth Adam decides to go with another option. The anti-hero sits on the throne and immediately destroys the symbol of authority and power. He conveys the message of democratic power to the people of Kahndaq and promises to protect the city forever.
