Big Mouth Teaser Out: Lee Jong Suk’s Upcoming Korean Thriller Looks Intense

July is here with a stream of Kdramas that are on the way to blow away our minds! I have to say that law dramas are slowly becoming our cause for the Kdrama addiction (not complaining) and while this month may see an end to some of our favourite legal dramas, there are more to come! One such upcoming drama is the legal thriller Big Mouth (빅마우스), and it has already perked our interests with an amazing teaser. The drama is directed by Oh Choong-hwan and stars Lee Jong-suk, Im Yoon-ah, Yang Kyung-won and other cast members. The teaser was released earlier today on ASTORY’s Youtube channel.

Big Mouth revolves around the life of lawyer Park Chang-ho who doesn’t seem to be doing well in the field with a low success rate of 10%. With a career that is going downhill, his life takes another twist when he gets involved in a murder case and is somehow connected to the genius swindler Big Mouse. This leads to him getting in the middle of a life-threatening situation that changes him as a person. He is no longer the underperforming lawyer but becomes the real Big Mouse as he sets on to uncover a conspiracy among the powerful upper class.

While Lee Jong-suk’s character takes on an awesome turn, Im Yoon-ah‘s character Go Mi-ho (Park Chang-ho’s wife) is here to portray a woman who is here to stand by the man. She is here to fight for and with her husband and will do her role with immense power. The beautiful and intelligent woman is here to show us the new woman and we hope this is maintained throughout the series. We love strong female characters and hope that this doesn’t change along with Lee Jong-suk‘s character change.

Big Mouth is set to release on July 29, 2022.
