The upcoming supernatural horror comedy flick Bhediya has a new poster featuring Varun Dhawan(Badlapur, Student of the Year) in a haunting avatar. The poster also presents a detailed look at his character along with the rest of the cast. Moreover, the Werewolf-themed film is helmed by filmmaker Amar Kaushik(Bala, Stree).
The full-fledged cast of the movie includes Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Abhishek Banerjee, Deepak Dobriyal, Abhinay Raj Singh, Bhavesh Lohar, Sharik Khan, and Muqadas Farooq Awan. The flick is produced under the banner of Maddock Films and Jio Studios, with a background score from Sachin-Jigar.
Ever since its inception, Bhediya has been one of the most anticipated movies of the year. Notably, the film is a part of the Horror Comedy universe created by director Amar Kaushik and Maddock Films, which includes Stree, Roohi and several more upcoming projects in the pipeline.
In the first look of the film, Varun Dhawan looks tuned into the horror look. Where his character resembles the supernatural creature Werewolf, with the presence of a full moon. Along with that, the poster also features the rest of the cast in a scary mode. Plus, one can also notice the subtitle of the film that reads “Jungle Mein Kaand”.

Director Amar Kaushik also shared the same first look of the film on his social media handle, with a special Thank You note for the cast and crew of the film. His latest venture was shot in the areas of Arunachal Pradesh and was wrapped during the months of March and April 2021.
Furthermore, Varun Dhawan was last seen in the family ensemble drama Jug Juggg Jeeyo, co-starring Anil Kapoor, Neetu Kapoor and Kiara Advani in Titular roles. The film was a hit at the box office and also garnered favourable reviews from critics. It will be Varun’s first collaboration with Amar Kaushik and Maddock Films.
