31 Best Kpop Dance Music Videos That Make Our Heart Pound: Super by SEVENTEEN, Antifragile by Le Sserafim, Rainism by RAIN and More

As we celebrate the International Dance Day 2023 on April 29, we couldn’t hold back from indulging ourselves with some of the best Kpop dance music videos. With Kpop groups and soloists putting their best foot forward, it gives their fans just another chance to follow along. Many fans even record dance covers for their favourite artists’ routine, and the World Dance Day becomes the best day of all to circle back to these boogielicious habits.

Once again, as a reminder, due to the constricting time and space, it wasn’t possible for us to add more entries to this list, but that in no way claims that we don’t have more favourites. You can always suggest us your personal hits and lists in the comments, but before that let’s dig into this scrumptious dose of dance videos listed below.

Best Kpop Dance Music Videos

1. Super by SEVENTEEN

There’s no way this wasn’t making it to our list. Having recently made room for their latest comeback on April 24, 2023, SEVENTEEN has done it again by delivering yet another jaw-dropping performance, but one that has a grand fiesta-like visage this time. The video’s set design speaks for itself as one can easily point out just how the group has contributed to the production of this video that’s heavily centred around their performance. As expected of the synchronisation beasts of K-pop.

2. Move by Taemin

Taemin’s fluidity in terms of pulling off any dance move remains unmatched. Move doesn’t incite a hard-hitting response, it rather chooses to slip into an effortlessly rhythmical arousing mood and only Taemin has the power to make the best out of it regardless of who all may cover this dance. If not done right, the one performing this routine may end up putting on an awkward show.

3. Rainism by RAIN

Despite heading into the 5th generation of K-pop, this song and its choreography is as iconic as ever. By this time, we’ve seen almost every K-pop idol grooving to these beats by RAIN, and as a fan once well said “never forget, RAIN is your idol’s idol”.

4. Kick It by NCT 127

When this track dropped, NCT 127 really kicked up the bar for K-pop dance choreographies. Dance challenges are a thing of the new age, but Kick It was probably one of the raging releases at the time that made this custom more interesting than ever.

5. Sorry Sorry by Super Junior

The 2nd generation K-pop artists were a different type of legendary and songs like Sorry Sorry testify that notion. New age idols are still seen covering this song to this date on several variety shows. It’s one of the topmost essentials that any K-pop fan just can’t do without.

6. Wannabe by ITZY

Dare we say anything else, when Ryujin’s iconic shoulder moves speak for themselves.

7. Likey by TWICE

We can keep adding ‘More and More’ videos for this group owing to how bright and snazzy their videos and dance style is. However, there’s just something about this video (despite the song’s otherwise profound and serious meaning) that exudes a sunshine-like warmth with a catchy routine that never gets old, so of course, we Likey.

8. Call Call Call by SEVENTEEN

Although a Japanese release, we simply had to put this one here, granting SEVENTEEN a double feature in the list. Call Call Call‘s choreography especially goes hard even when it has no right to do so. Watching the 13-member group pull off this fast-paced dance routine comes as no shock, but is equally satisfying. The actual MV doesn’t feature a lot of their dance moves, so make sure to check out their dance practice video and witness the underrated queen in her all glory.

9. Savage by aespa

Went through a crisis before deciding whether Savage or Next Level should make it to this list. While the latter video is a trendier hit, with the iconic hook step still very much alive in fans and other idols’ minds alike, this song’s overall choreography has a more attractive tonality to it.

10. Shut Down by BLACKPINK

Cue another crisis because BLACKPINK has such remarkable routine, but this one really Shut Down the case for us. In addition to sticking to its stylish theme throughout, the video also incorporates certain antics by the members like all 4 of them posing for a selfie while making it feel part of the dance itself.

11. Blue Hour by TOMORROW X TOGETHER

Can we have more of the dance break, please?

12. Monster by EXO

The song title is explanatory enough in terms of spelling out how hard this dance goes.

13. Spider by SEVENTEEN’s HOSHI

Instead of linking the original video, we had to pick out the Studio Dhoom version for you to watch instead because they never disappoint in terms of capturing the highlights of an alluring choreography. This video is proof of what happens when a tiger transforms into a spider. Keeping his usual ferocity on the latent side, Hoshi, the performance king, channels his innate tantalising energy for this dance, which becomes an even better site to behold with his accompanying dancers’ formations that look like a spider web.

14. Not Today by BTS

With dance choreographies like Run BTS, Mic Drop, Fire, Idol and more under the belt already, it’s so hard to pick the best. Not Today’s choreography, however, stands apart owing to its intensity and ferocity that remain unparalleled.

15. ANTIGRAGILE by Le Sserafim

With a song like Antifragile that has the most pelvis-shaking worthy beats, you can’t not get addicted to its routine.

16. Birthday by NCT’s TEN

It’s scary how good of a dancer Ten is!

17. BTBT by B.I (비아이) X Soulja Boy

This is one of those songs that made a dancer out of every novice. The funky beats and airy dance moves pull you and compel you to indulge with the song and put your best forward.

18. Hellevator by Stray Kids

Let’s kick it back to an older era and talk about how insanely beautiful this routine is. With hard-hitting and meaningful, the dance treats us to an even more beautiful site. While this choreography may not be as robust as their relatively newer additions, it’s quite satisfying to watch the clean synchronised moves of the members fit in together.

19. Guerrilla by ATEEZ

20. Blessed Cursed by ENHYPEN

As if the grinding rock guitar riff wasn’t enough to awaken us, the explosively vigorous choreography that goes along with it churns out a full-flavoured experience.

21. Stuck by MONSTA X

Underrated Queen doesn’t get talked about enough.

22. That That by PSY and SUGA

23. Back Down by P1Harmony

24. Sherlock by SHINee

25. Tiger Inside by SuperM

It would’ve been a disgrace to the art of dance itself if we hadn’t included this SuperM performance. SM’s super group coincidentally also has some of the best monster dancers of the label, few of whom even cross over to stand out as some of the best dancers in K-pop in general. NCT’s Ten, Taeyong, Mark, EXO’ Kai and SHINee’s Taemin – what a line up of dancers channelling their fierce inner tiger energies.

26. Hype Boy by NewJeans

27. Vision by Dreamcatcher

The symmetry in their dance formations should have a separate fanbase.

28. After School by Weeekly

29. Eclipse by MAMAMOO’s MOONBYUL

30. Hand Behind My Back by Amber Liu

31. Chicken Noodle Soup by J-Hope and Becky G
