Behind Your Touch Episode 8 Recap
The episode starts with the shaman collapsing after pointing out the killer. Sun-woo picks him up and aids him. The elders of Mujin gather at the Mujin coffee shop and discuss the shaman’s words. All the staff at the coffee shop panic at the thought of the killer. The next day when shaman General MacArthur wakes up, Sun-woo asks him about the ritual, and the former tells him that he doesn’t remember. When Sun-woo leaves, MacArthur looks at him suspiciously.
Jang-yeol calls Ye-boon to find the serial killer but the latter doesn’t want to join because she fears that the serial killer might be behind her. He assures her that he will always protect her. During the ongoing investigation, one of the coffee shop staff comes to meet Jang-yeol and asks him to find her colleague/best friend Ae-ran who is missing.

Jang-yeol reports Ae-ran’s case to his police colleagues and says that she might be the next victim of the serial killer. The cops segregate work between them and start their search for Ae-ran. Jang-yeol calls Ye-boon but she leaves with Sun-woo to see his new workshop. Jang-yeol finds them two and pulls away Ye-boon, leaving Sun-woo wondering where she left.
Ye-boon and Jang-yeol meet with the Mujin coffee shop owner to learn about Ae-ran. She lies that Ae-ran went to her hometown and that she didn’t go missing. When Ye-boon touches her back, she learns that she always treats Ae-ran cruelly. When they were leaving, Ye-boon looks at Ae-ran’s friend’s keychain and asks where she got it. She replies saying that Ae-ran custom made only two and gave one to her.

Ye-boon is shocked because she previously saw the same keychain with Sun-woo. She tells about it to Jang-yeol and he asks her to touch his back. Ye-boon keeps denying it as she believes he is a good man. When she reads his memories he learns that when Sun-woo bought a second-hand laptop from two high school students, one of them hands him the keychain as a complementary item.

Jang-yeol realises that the high schoolers have stolen Ae-ran’s bike. Ok-hee and Da-eun’s brother pursue the high schooler and find the location where the bike was found. When Ye-boon and Jang-yeol go there they find blood trails. They visit Gwang-sik, the cow farm owner since he is close to Ae-ran.
When he lies, Ye-boon becomes suspicious because previously when she read his memories, she found Ae-ran being close to him. When Jang-yeol and Ye-boon follow Gwang-sik, the duo split unexpectedly. When Ye-boon goes to the spot Gwang-sik secretly visits, she encounters him alone. When she gets afraid of him, Jang-yeol comes but instead of saving her he goes to another room and calls out for Ae-ran.
Then we learn that Ae-ran faked her kidnapping because she didn’t want to endure the debt torture of her coffee shop owner. When they all depart, Gwang-sik tells Ye-boon that when he read her memories, he saw a third person near them when they were hit by the meteor. This sums up that there is a psychic other than them two and he/she might be the serial killer.

Behind Your Touch Episode 8 Review
The episode developed Sun-woo’s character and made him look highly sketchy and suspicious. Since the shaman was glaring at him every time he left, there is something that man knows about him. Did he read anything about Sun-woo? Is the shaman the third psychic? Even worse, is he the serial killer? I still don’t feel that Sun-woo is the serial killer because it’ll be too evident by the looks of it. The creators are purposely showing him as a mysterious person so he will be on the radar. I feel like he is a good man who has come to Mujin to stop the cruelty.
Though he won’t end up with Ye-boon despite liking her, he will protect her for sure. There is definitely a person present right in front of us that we’re failing to notice. Could it possibly be a new actor or one of the present cast? We will find it all in the upcoming episodes. So far, the episodes are super thrilling, funny, and highly captivating.
