Behind Every Star (연예인 매니저로 살아남기) is a Korean romantic-drama series directed by Baek Seung-ryong and stars Lee Seo-jin, Kwak Sun-young, Seo Hyun-woo, Joo Hyun-young and other cast members. The series is a remake of the 2015 French show Dix pour cent and takes over tvN’s Monday-Tuesday 10.30 PM KST timeslot previously occupied by Mental Coach Jegal.

Focusing on the different employees of the management company Method Entertainment, the series takes us through the journey of how work takes place in such a competitive field. What happens when you need to handle different stars and their myriad of tantrums, especially when you want to climb the ladder hard and fast? Will everyone be able to work together peacefully to deliver their work? Or will the work pressure and drama be too much?

Hyun-joo comes under fire at the office.

The managers are given an ultimatum when they ask for autonomy in the workplace. Things get more complicated at Tae-oh’s home when Eun-ha finds him having lunch with Hyun-joo and her mother. Hae-jun throws an inauguration party at the office, inviting the who’s who of the industry, giving birth to some good and bad situations. Jane shares a drunk and unfortunate kiss with an equally drunk Hae-jun. slapping him in the aftermath.
