Ay-Yo: NCT 127 Puts Out the Schedule of Its Upcoming 4th Album Repackage, Deets Inside

NCT 127 is rolling up to the Kpop stage with its 4th album repackage, Ay-Yo, later this month. While the fans have been desperately anticipating their new comeback after their 2022 full album release, 2 Baddies, the schedule reveal has finally put their anxious nerves to rest.

The pre-orders for the album will soon pick up on various official sites, but before that happens, the group has announced what all awaits their fans during this promotional activity period. On December 26, 2022, the group’s Twitter page took control of the situation for the first time as the album repackage was officially a matter of heavy concern, with the following message, “NCT 127 to release their 4th album repackage Ay-Yo on January 30th! They kick off 2023 with the North and South America tour → the repackage album!”

Heading fiercely with the catchphrase of the new era, “Ballin’ big time and I say Ay-Yo”, the group under SM Entertainment comprising of 9 members – Taeyong, Taeil, Johnny, Yuta, Doyoung, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, Mark and Haechan – is ready to make the Kpop scene all about itself. The schedule poster reveals the tracklist of the forthcoming album with a total of 15 songs Ay-Yo (also the title track that will be receiving a music video), Faster, 질주 (2 Baddies), Time Lapse, DJ, Crash Landing, Designer, Gold Dust, Black Clouds, Playback, Skyscraper, Tasty, Vitamin, LOL (Laugh-Out-Loud) and 1,2,7 (Time Stops).

Other details include an event titled To Us, slated for January 6-8, which will probably unveil a series of video diaries prior to the music premiere as per their usual comeback pattern. This will be followed by the first set of teaser images coming out from January 9-12, and the second set from January 16-19. The pre-release track video will drop on January 26, with the last set of teaser images coming out on January 28, and finally the music video teaser on January 29, 2023.

Thereafter, the final and most-awaited event will strike with the album on the D-day, along with the titular music video, which will portray the nine-member deal in a new light as they own up to the word “ballin'”, an echoing reminiscence of their “Ay We Ballin'” from their former 2020 hip-hop title track Punch which came out of their second album repackage.
