Angel Part 1 has been revealed in a surprise announcement as the upcoming soundtrack for the movie Fast X. Also known as Fast and Furious 10, it is a sequel to F9 (2021), serving as the tenth main instalment, and the eleventh feature film in the franchise. Directed by Louis Leterrier and co-written by Justin Lin, Dan Mazeau and Zach Dean.
What comes as a bigger surprise is that many popular artists like BTS’ Jimin, Kodak Black, NLE Choppa, JVKE and Muni Long have been roped in for the soundtrack. Among the mentioned artists only NLE Choppa has been a part of the movie’s previous track titled Speed It Up and usually the creators involve rappers like Offset, ASAP Rocky, Wiz Khalifa etc for their adrenaline-filled songs.

It has also been revealed that a preview of the song will be released later today, before the whole track drops. The news is certainly making all the fans excited and curious to know what kind of music will it be. Considering BTS’ Jimin’s smooth yet sultry voice, it wouldn’t be a surprise if he is given the addictive hook part, that will give you all the feels.

Meanwhile, the upcoming action movie, Fast X will feature Vin Diesel reprising his role as Dominic (Dom) Toretto, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris “Ludacris” Bridges, Jordana Brewster, John Cena, Nathalie Emmanuel, Sung Kang, Scott Eastwood, Michael Rooker, Charlize Theron, Jason Statham, Cardi B, Jason Momoa, Daniela Melchior, Brie Larson, Alan Ritchson, and Rita Moreno.

Set to be released this month only, the story will follow Dom in his quest to protect his loved ones from Cipher, who has joined forces with Dante Reyes. While the new enemy also has his own motive to seek revenge on Dom, everything changes when he discovers that his own 8-year-old son is the ultimate target of vengeance.
Meanwhile, Jimin of BTS has also been breaking a few records by charting constantly for four weeks on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart. His title track Like Crazy had become the first K-pop solo song to achieve that. While his album Face has reached 344,402,750 streams on Spotify. With his collaboration with the popular franchise, it’s expected that many more non-fans will get acquainted with him and it’s definitely big news for the Korean music industry, as he would be one of the first artists to lend his voice for a Hollywood movie.
