When Lena tells Igor that he will need to make out with her for the movie, he initially declines to be part of the film. However, after convincing him, he opens up about his interest in men. This gives Lena the idea of incorporating a love triangle theme. Throughout the entire shoot, we observe Niko keeping a close eye on Igor, growing increasingly jealous. When he finally musters the courage to kiss Igor during the shoot, it dawns on him that he has developed feelings for him and loves him. However, he’s afraid that Igor might not accept his feelings, but slowly they become close friends.

After clearing the air with Lena, he opens up about his emotions. Malwina also shares that Igor genuinely cares for him. He decides to seize the moment and confess his feelings during Igor’s crucial match, one that could determine his national eligibility. When he arrives, Igor shares that the match was amazing but he’s decided not to pursue the national team. He reveals discomfort, admitting to using questionable means to secure his position and opts to step back. Curious, Igor asks Niko why he sought him out. Niko simply expresses his desire to be there with him. Their exchanged smiles say it all, sealing the understanding that they’re now together.

Did Lena Get into Film School?
Lena was a determined girl, and her mind worked very differently than others due to her placement on the autism spectrum. But one thing that was always clear was her dedication to the making of the film, as she wanted her work to reflect her unique perspective on cinema. After Igor became angry upon realizing the intimate footage was included, he argued with Lena about not using it. He insisted that if Igor didn’t want it to be used, then it shouldn’t be, as using it without his consent is wrong. However, Lena was willing to do anything for it.

She took the memory card and camera equipment from Neko and went to stay with her mother. Deep down, she knew that it was wrong to use it without consideration. She asked her mother to view the footage and asked whether she should use it or not. Even her mom said no. So, she decided to start over and then submit it. After that, during the admission day, she was called on stage to talk about the movies. She described the importance of the movie, her friendships, and her interest in learning about films, which eventually got her on the admission list.
