A Sign of Affection or Yubisaki to Renren (ゆびさきと恋々) is written and illustrated by suu Morishita. Directed by Yūta Murano and written by Yōko Yonaiyama, the story follows hearing-impaired university student Yuki Itose, who meets a boy who changes her life for the good. Yukari Hashimoto gives the music and Kasumi Sakai designs the characters. The show is produced under the Ajia-do Animation Works.

Novelbright performs the opening theme song, Yuki no Ne, and ChoQMay performs the ending theme song, Snowspring. The series has been officially licensed by Crunchyroll, and Muse Communication holds the licensing rights for the Southeast Asian region. The anime series is scheduled for 12 episodes.
