Rana Naidu Season 2 Ending Explained
The season opens with Rana and Naina coming back to India from vacation and learning that their son has been kidnapped. They realise that it’s a dangerous gangster Rauf’s men, and Rana goes in guns blazing to save him. However, thanks to this, he hurts one of Rauf’s men and makes an enemy out of him. Realising that danger is just around the corner, Rana decides to play one last long game in order to secure his family’s future.
Meanwhile, his previous boss, OB Mahajan, is angry at Rana leaving and ties up with Rauf to get his voter bank. Unfortunately, Rauf double-crosses him and decides to stand in the election by himself. Elsewhere, Rana is forced to work for Virat Oberoi and comes across an ambitious plan by his daughter, Alia. The men in her life refuse to acknowledge her ambition or skills, but Rana backs her and helps her to remove all the obstacles in her path so that Virat is forced to sell his studio and buy the cricket team, of which Rana asks for 5% shares.

On the other hand, Rauf kills Nitya’s boyfriend, and she becomes the primary witness. Although she wants to spill the truth, Rana advises her to lie to save her life. With the rising dangers against her family, Naina desperately asks Rana to leave everything, but he refuses to do so. At her wits’ end, she starts an affair with her yoga buddy Naveen, who is working with OB Mahajan to destroy Rana.
What Happens to Rauf?
In the end, Rauf and Rana have a clash after he and his men attack Rana’s family. The attack leaves Tej dead and Jaffa’s fiancé critically injured. After an extended fight, Rana is able to get rid of Rauf.
What Happens with Virat?

Amid the mess with Rauf, Virat implicates Rana in Alia’s husband’s murder. He killed him after Alia decided to divorce him, and when he threatens to expose important information about Virat, the latter kills him in a fit of rage. Rana is asked to dispose of the body, but with the police breathing down his neck, he has no option but to falsely implicate Rana. However, in the end, when the police are almost on the verge of arresting him, he tells Alia that Virat will never hand his empire over to her. Sceptical, she tries to test her father, and it turns out that Rana was right.
Enraged, she testifies to the police that Virat killed her husband, and Rana plants the sword and the body in his car. The police eventually arrest him, leaving his empire to Alia.
What Happens in the End?

In the final few minutes, Rana realises that Rauf should have known about Nitya’s involvement in her boyfriend’s murder and realises that someone must have leaked that information. While killing Rauf, he gets to know that OB Mahajan was the one who told Rauf, and he takes revenge. However, after completing Tej’s funeral, he is arrested for killing Rauf.
