The trio concocts a plan, and Rufus, seizing the opportunity, takes centre stage to announce to the entire ship that the elusive killer has been apprehended, pointing directly at Teddy. However, the unexpected occurs when Teddy’s sister, Winnie, catches wind of the situation and rushes forward to confess to the crime.
