Although it wasn’t simple or comfortable initially, the two of them eventually found a way to cohabitate peacefully. A Shop For Killers Episode 3 Recap

In the third episode, we start with Ji-an and Jin-man getting their house repaired and making it stronger while they travel to the Jirisan Mountains to spend two weeks. After going there, however, Jin-man gets a horrible fever and advises her to find a solution instead of throwing blame at him. He then asks her to walk a few kilometres away to a cabin with an SOS phone and she agrees to go, but not before he scares her about the wild animals in the forest at night.

After she leaves, it becomes clear that this was all Jin-man’s plan to make his niece go away from the cave as he talks to someone and updates them about the situation. At the shelter, Ji-an comes across a group of dogs eating some meat and gets reminded of her childhood fear. She tries to use the slingshot on the nightmare wolf but it doesn’t work. However, she does use a nearby rock to get rid of one of the dogs. In the end, she faces her fear following her uncle’s words and can get rid of her nightmare, followed closely by Jin-man, who scares them away with a gun.

Jin-man eventually teaches her niece to shoot a gun, but not before warning her that guns are double-edged swords and she should always be careful with them.

In the present, Jeong-min and Ji-an get out of the room with a cupboard door to protect them from gunshots. After the bullets don’t work, the drone throws a bomb on it to get her out from behind the door. Just when they are both sure that they are going to die, Min-hye deactivates the drones and after the two of them fight with each other, she finds out who Ji-an is and advises her to be more like her uncle and not move without thinking. As Min-hye is about to get into details about why she is there, another set of bullets rain on them and this time it’s Seong-jo and his trope.

Min-hye kicks Ji-an out of harm’s way and tells her about the code in her forearm and how they have always protected her all these years whenever she has called Jeong Jin-man’s name three times. In the meantime, Seong-jo and his team are all concerned about Min-hye’s arrival in the plan but begin to proceed nonetheless. As the events from the first episode take place once more and Ji-an comes across the sniper rifle, she shoots Seong-jo, letting him know that she’s not backing down easily. As the others make their way to the house, Min-hye asks Ji-an to go to the shed and under Jin-man’s workbench there’s a door into murthehelp.

As the two of them make their way to the shed, Min-hye hones in on Seong-jo and shoots at him, but the bullet kills his driver, leaving Seong-jo shocked. Ji-an and Jeong-min make their way to the shed and try to crack the code. After several failed attempts, however, she remembers her student ID number and her uncle making her learn it and, as it turns out, it is the combination that they had been searching for. The lift takes them down to the basement and the two of them are left astonished at the weapons being kept right under their feet!

However, their excitement has to take a backseat when a masked man points a gun at them, saying hello to Ji-an and calling himself Brother.

Epilogue

Seong-jo’s men make their way into the shed as Min-hye looks on from afar. From the outside, we hear gunshots going off but are not made aware of what is happening yet.
