Koffee With Karan Season 8 Episode 11 features Khushi and Janhvi Kapoor as the new guests. Karan Johar looks happy bringing on a debutant to the show while welcoming a repeat guest back with open arms.
The episode starts off with Karan talking about Sridevi and the huge impact that she has had in his life. He mentions that he was a scared fan the first time he met her face-to-face.
Janhvi and Khushi reminisce about their mother and the fact that they are now each other's siblings and mothers in different situations - they always have each other's backs.
Janhvi emotionally reminisces about her mother's passing and how Khushi handled the situation. The latter mentions that she has always found herself to be more stoic in emotionally charged situations and Karan tells her that it will help her in the future, now that she is in the limelight.
The conversation moves on to their adting life but there's not much to discuss other than Janhvi's relationship with Shikhar Pahariya and Khushi's alleged relationship with The Archies costar Vedang Raina.
Koffee with Karan Season 8 Episode 11 also discusses the siblings' relationship with Arjun and Anshula Kapoor, where Khushi mentions that it is always nice to have other people to lean on.
The latest episode feels like a cop out and a publicity stunt because of some moments that look staged. Although Janhvi's confidience clearly shines in this episode, we get nothing more than everything we already know about the siblings.
However, it is always heartening to watch such close sibling bonds and it is clear that Janhvi and Khushi share a very special and warm relationship with each other.
