Tell Me That You Love Me (사랑한다고 말해줘) is the South Korean remake of the popular 1995 Japanese drama Aishiteiru to Ittekure that has a melodramatic love story like no other. Directed by Kim Yoon-jin, the drama stars Jung Woo-sung, Shin Hyun-been, Kim Ji-hyun, Lee Jae-kyoon, Shin Jae-hwi, and Park Jin-joo alongside other cast members.

The Kdrama brings the story of an artist with a hearing impairment who expresses himself through his art and an aspiring actress who falls in love with him through time. As the two get closer and express themselves in their own way, love is here to bloom in ways like no other.

Tell Me That You Love Me Plot

The synopsis of the show reads: “A romance between a hearing-impaired painter who is used to express his emotions through drawings rather than words, and an aspiring actress who expresses her feelings with her voice.”

Tell Me That You Love Me Cast

Directed by Kim Yoon-jin, the drama stars Jung Woo-sung, Shin Hyun-been, Kim Ji-hyun, Lee Jae-kyoon, Shin Jae-hwi, and Park Jin-joo alongside other cast members.

Following his immense success as the main lead in Padam Padam and Delayed Justice, Jung Woo-sung returns with another spectacular role in Tell Me That You Love Me. Starring alongside him is the Reborn Rich star Shin Hyun-been, with Thirty-Nine star Kim Ji-hyun and the film Set Play star Lee Jae-kyoon.

The series is set to have a 16-episode runtime and will release two episodes every week (Monday-Tuesday).

Tell Me That You Love Me Episode 1 Prediction

Cha Jin-woo is a talented artist who is left with a hearing impairment after a dreadful accident. Now, he expresses his feelings through his drawings while living a silent life, until Jung Mo-eun appears. Mo-eun is an aspiring actress who is brought to Jin-woo by fate and thus, begins their love story after a brief encounter that changes their lives forever.

Episode 1 will bring this very encounter as the two meet and begin the story of love, fate, sign language and more.
