The Kidnapping Day Overview
The Kidnapping Day (유괴의 날) is a comedy thriller Kdrama directed by Park Yoo-young and based on the novel of the same Korean name “Yugwaei Nal” by writer Jung Hae-yeon. The drama stars Yoon Kye-sang, Park Sung-hoon, Yu Na, Kim Shin-rok, Kim Sang-ho, and Seo Je-hee alongside other cast members.
The drama tells the story of a helpless father who accepts the idea of kidnapping a rich kid goes wrong when he finds out that the little one’s parents are dead. The little girl has already lost her memory due to an accident prior to her kidnapping and the man claims to be her father. However, the little girl soon uncovers his web of lies while he tries to investigate what really happened.
The Day takes over the ENA’s Wednesday and Thursday 21:00 time slot previously occupied by Longing for You.

The synopsis of the Kdrama reads: “A father turned clumsy kidnapper and a genius child working together to uncover the truth behind a series of murders and mysteries.”
The Kidnapping Day Cast
The Kdrama is directed by Park Yoo-young and stars Yoon Kye-sang, Park Sung-hoon, Yu Na, Kim Shin-rok, Kim Sang-ho, and Seo Je-hee alongside other cast members.
The drama brings Yoon Kye-sang from Kiss Sixth Sense, Park Sung-hoon from The Glory, Kim Shin-rok from Reborn Rich together with the newcomer Yu Na.

The series will stream from September 13, 2023, to October 19, 2023. Episode 3 of the ENA series will broadcast on September 20 at 9:00 PM KST and will be available for streaming at 8:30 PM IST.
The Kidnapping Day Episode 3 Prediction
Myung-joon decides to tell the truth to Ro-hee and it doesn’t take long for her to bring out a contract between the two. However, Ro-hee’s memory is triggered by a police car and they come to the conclusion that the real culprit must be connected to the police. However, the case becomes more confusing for Sang-yoon who observes Ro-hee’s attitude towards Myung-joon through the footage obtained.
But for how long will the two be able to escape when the case becomes news?
The Kidnapping Day Episode 2 Recap
Episode 2 opens up the case of Ro-hee’s parents’ murder as well as her kidnapping. Meanwhile, she barely escapes the junkman and is saved by Myung-joon on time. The next day, Myung-joon decides to turn himself into the police and return Ro-hee home but postpones the plan when he finds out that his daughter’s hospital bills have been paid and she will soon get surgery.
However, fate still gets him into the sight of the detectives involved in this case when he rushes Ro-hee’s to a hospital due to an allergic reaction. The hospital sees Ro-hee’s bruises and suspects child abuse which later reveals the duo’s identities. Meanwhile, detective Sang-yoon is busy solving this mysterious case while trying to find the missing child.
However, Myung-joon’s actions of taking Ro-hee to the same hospital as his daughter’s leaves them stunned and confused. While they decide to move carefully, Ro-hee suspects the information given to her by Myung-joon and confronts him.
