Sa-bu rushes to the disaster site and is soon able to connect with Eun-tak and Woo-jin, only to find out that the latter has injured his hand. Sa-bu then rushes inside the building and helps in getting the patients and Woo-jin out after cutting the rods and separating them from the concrete.

While Ah-reum and Eun-jae worry, the survivors are rushed for emergency surgeries. However, Sa-bu’s wrist begins to shake while performing surgery on Woo-jin’s hand. He soon gets over it and completes the survey while Eun-jae rushes after her surgery to check on Woo-jin.

Meanwhile, assemblyman Ko is also brought to the hospital but asks to be sent somewhere else. Right then In-su arrives and finds out that her situation is actually critical. He convinces her to get treatment at Doldam after which she bursts out into tears for her son.

The day finally comes to an end and everything settles down. However, Ah-reum is hurt when Eun-tak does not prioritise letting her know about his condition as soon as possible. Later, Jin-man points Sa-bu’s wrist’s condition to him and tells him to be more respectful towards him.
