One of the best remedies is giving yourself a good pamper time by relaxing in a hot tub bath. The heat will help calm your pelvic pain easily. For better results add Epsom salt to the water to easily help relieve the cramps. It is because the magnesium content in the salt will instantly take care of the sore muscles.

Have an Orgasm

Orgasms are said to relieve stress and help one’s mind to calm down. During periods, the brain plays tricks and makes one extremely stressed. With the help of a vibrator or your partner, aid yourself with one or two orgasm. According to Alyse Kelly-Jones of Novant Health Mintview Obstetrics and Gynecology in North Carolina, orgasm floods oxytocin, a comfort hormone, to the brain which calms the sore nerves.

Sleep Early

Cut off all your screen time an hour before your bedtime to get a good sleep. Try sleeping at least 2 hours earlier than your regular night schedule. Sleeping early can let you toss and turn in the bed so when the right time comes, you’ll eventually sleep. Thus, it can help you to stay away from being awake the whole night.

If you believe that watching a movie will help you sleep sooner, you’re wrong. When you start watching some movie or series to make yourself tired, you’ll actually end up watching more and staying up all night. So, never try to binge-watch to get yourself some sleep.
