Eva Green is back with the exciting trailer of Nocebo and we are definitely looking forward to this thriller. Directed by Lorcan Finnegan, the movie stars the French actress along with Mark Strong, Chai Fonacier, Cathy Belton, and Billie Gadsdon.
Nocebo revolves around a fashion designer with a mysterious illness that has become a topic of puzzlement and frustration for the people around her. One day a Filipino carer arrives and uses a folk remedy to cure her, however, there is a deep and horrifying secret that she hides from everyone.
The trailer starts with the designer Christine waking up with an oxygen mask from a nightmare that leaves her frightened. Opening up a cabinet full of medication, she prepares herself for the day ahead of her. One day the Filipino carer Diana arrives and tells her that she had called for her help.

Unable to remember anything about this, she lets Diana inside her house and later when her husband arrives he reminds her about calling for Diana. She goes straight to work which impresses Christine, however, during dinner when she feels her hand falling out of control, Diana rushes in to fix this for her.
Fascinated by this, Christine then dives into Diana’s world of folk remedy and finds herself being cured of her illness and feels a burst of happiness. While her husband senses something wrong with Diana and tries to warn her, Christine is not ready to listen while she continues her treatment.
As she continues to trust Diana, something evil is being brewed by the latter as she continues to pull Christine into her world of mysticism and take over her. What will fate hold for Christine as she is taken deeper into Diana’s world?
The trailer does the perfect job of bringing the right amount of thrill and mystery in this short clip and has succeeded in enchanting us to watch the movie. Eva Green and Chai Fonacier are creating dangerous chemistry in this trailer and we cannot wait to see them on the big screen soon.

Nocebo is set to release on November 4, 2022, in theatres and on November 22, 2022, on digital platforms.
