Ryan Reynolds posted a much-awaited video on his official channel to announce the release date for his upcoming film Deadpool 3. The one-minute twenty-second video features Ryan describing his dedication and hard work for the next part, with a surprising cameo from Hugh Jackman.
Notably, the third part of the franchise will mark the entry of Deadpool into the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Although the character has already appeared in the form of easter eggs in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.

The video starts with Reynolds addressing the elephant in the room. In a straight-to-camera dialogue, he explains that they have been working on the next part for a long time now.

The video soon shifts into a series of montages, where Ryan can be seen in complete focus. He is kind of parodying a protagonist who ventures into a zen-like state and comes up with something extraordinary. One can also notice comical references like filling a Deadpool mug or reading an X-men comic.
However, the parody of montages soon ends when he bares the truth and says that he has nothing. The actor points to his head and comically remarks Just completely empty up here.
He then mentions the singular idea that they came up with. While Hugh Jackman walks past in the background. The Australian actor takes a bite of the apple, while Ryan asks him about making a comeback with the claws.
Jackman casually affirms by replying, “Yeah, sure”.
The video ends with the classic Whitney Houston track I Will Always Love You. And reveals the official release date for the movie.
If the whole thing doesn’t turn out to be a gag, then we can expect Hugh Jackman to reprise his role as Wolverine in the MCU. Notably, the actor was last seen in his full-fledged mutant form, in James Mangold’s directorial Logan(2017).
Ryan Reynolds will also make his debut in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, as the self-aware humorous, and witty mutant Deadpool.
