Seoul Vibe starts off with Dong Wook (Yoo Ah-in) showing off his skills in the desert of Saudi Arabia as he delivers illegal weapons. And looking at the way the receiver treats him, we know that he is not just well-known but also among the best at doing this work.

Calling himself the best driver out there, as soon as he steps back to South Korea he is sought by a prosecutor who wants him to infiltrate a group who have a secret fund worth more than they can imagine.
