Euphoria Season 2 Episode 7 ‘The Theater and Its Double’. is now out on HBOMax and Disney+. The show stars Zendaya as Rue, Jacob Elordi as Nate, Sydney Sweeney as Cassie, Maude Apatow as Lexi, Angus Cloud as Fezco, Hunter Schafer as Jules, Dominic Fike as Elliot, Alexa Demi as Maddy, Barbie Ferreira as Kat, Austin Abrams as Ethan and several others. It is created and directed by Sam Levinson.

The synopsis reads, “Art Imitates Life as the East Highland crew watches their complicated dynamics play out onstage.”

Euphoria Season 2 Episode 7 Recap Won’t Have Every Small Details, Just the Sketch of What Happened (Spoiler Alert)

It’s the day when we finally see Lexi’s play in Euphoria Season 2 Episode 7. Her play is about the friendship of 5 friends and how it changed over time. As we know, it’s based on the lives of Lexi, Rue, Cassie, Maddy and Kat. Another character that plays a key role is Nate. On stage, Lexi takes us back to when she and Rue were great friends. We also find out what distanced them after Rue’s father passed away.

Through her play, Lexi shows how her equation with Cassie has been. From puberty, love and family pain, Lexi always felt no one understood her. Maddy and Cassie’s friendship also plays a pivotal part in the play. We see how Nate entered and changed the group’s dynamic back then. Well, he did the same even now as Cassie and Maddy are no more friends.

Every story has diverse reactions from the audience. Lexi’s mother and Rue are cheering for Lexi and her play. Cassie and Nate are not pleased. Maddy is initially confused. But Ethan’s act in the end as Nate brings makes her happy, and she’s astounded and cheers Lexi.

Lexi is nervous yet excited about the play. She’s waiting for Fezco to show up. Fezco is suited up to attend Lexi’s play. However, Faye’s boyfriend shows up, and the duo has some game plan to trick Fez. Ash is in alert mode as he sees Faye and her boyfriend secretly discussing something. We don’t know yet what Faye and her beau are up to. Lexi is anxiously waiting for Fez to show up.

Amid the play, we see moments between Rue-Jules, Nate-Cassie, Maddy-Kat-Cassie, Rue-Gia and Rue and her mother. The episode is filled with many wow and emotional moments.

Art truly imitates life in the latest episode. Lexi has good intentions with her play. But it looks like Cassie is not going to see it positively. The ending of Euphoria Season 2 Episode 7 really angers some people. Episode 8 will be full of drama, twists and shocking moments.
