Netflix’s Through My Window Trailer Out, Here’s What is it About?

Streaming services are the perfect place to bring a sombre teenage romance story to life and that is exactly what Netflix has done. ‘Through My Window’ is based on a novel by Ariana Godoy which is about a bittersweet teenage romance. It is a Spanish romantic movie. A few hours ago, the trailer of the upcoming film was dropped by the streaming platform.

The Synopsis:

The official synopsis from Netflix reads, “Neighbour’s longtime crush on her next-door neighbour turns into something more when he starts developing feelings for her, despite his family’s objections.” Netflix has categorized this movie under teen movies, which it does look like from the trailer. From the trailer, the movie looks like a classic teenage romance movie in which the young couple fall in love but have to fight with their respective families because they do not approve of the relationship. But in end against all the odds the movies of this kind usually ends on a happy note.

The Director:

The movie is directed by Marçal Forés, a Spanish director famous for directing movies like Everlasting Love, Animals, The Things I Haven’t Told You and shorts like Paradise, Gaudir and Friends Forever. This is his first movie for 2022.

The Cast:

The movie stars Julio Peña Fernández, who is known for his work on the hit Disney Channel Spanish Original TV series Bia. He has also been a mainstay in another Spanish TV series-Acacias 38, appearing in more than 80 episodes. He plays Ares. Huete Clara Sanchez, known by her stage name Clara Galle is the female lead playing Raquel. Clara Galle is at the start of her career, but it looks like she is poised to have a big 2022 with Through My Window and Amazon original series The Boarding School: Las Cumbres.
