Marvel and DC have a huge fan following all over the world. For some strange reasons, these fandoms often keep fighting to prove who’s better than whom. Well, Shazam! actor Zachary Levi would also love a fight with Marvel’s Thor or Spider-Man from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Zachary Levi recently said that he is a God of Thunder just like Thor, so that he would love a good fight with Chris Hemsworth’s character. The actor shared these thoughts during the Q&A session at the DragonCon 2021 panel.
As per the reports, the Shazam! the actor said, “Split decision for me, it’s either fight Thor, cause you know we’re both like Gods of Thunder essentially; shooting electricity at each other. Plus you know, I kinda made a little cameo in that whole situation. Just the irony of it would be fun. Kill me will you… alright… [ sarcastic tone ] I’m not bitter.”
If you remember, Zachary Levi played the role of Thor’s friend Fandral in Dashing in MCU’s Thor: The Dark World and Thor: Ragnarok. About fighting Tom Holland’s Spider-Man, the actor says, “But also, I think there’s only one character, in all of comic-dom, both DC, Marvel, whatever it is, there’s only one character that I think is similar to Billy Batson: and it’s Peter Parker… I think Billy and Peter having a fight would be really fun… they would become friends after the fight.”

Meanwhile, the actor will be next seen in Shazam! Fury of The Gods, which David Sandberg is helming. The film is slated to release on June 2, 2023. The film also stars Grace Fulton, Jack Dylan Grazer, Asher Angel, and Rachel Zegler.
