13 Underrated SEVENTEEN Songs That Every K-pop Lover Should Have on Their Playlist: Ash, Fast Pace, Highlight and More

After debuting in the year 2015 with the wonderful song Adore U, SEVENTEEN aka SVT is the leading K-pop boy band with over 4 million pre-orders, extensive achievements, and more. Since their anniversary is on its way, why not show them, love, by streaming some of the underrated SEVENTEEN songs?

To be honest all of their songs sound so unique and gobsmacking, but among them, certain tracks didn’t get the recognition it deserves. So here’s a list of the band’s underrated songs to stream, support and enjoy.

13 Underrated SEVENTEEN Songs That Deserve the Hype

Highlight

The performance team’s song Highlight literally makes one’s jaw drop on the floor. Truth be told it isn’t just the song that’s splendid but also the dance choreography. The entire team performed the whole song in Inkigayo and it’s surely a feast to watch, however, the performance team’s rendition is memorable.

Ah! Love

If this isn’t the song that best fits someone to sing for their Valentine, I don’t know what will. The 95 liners’ Ah! Love is a masterpiece because not only do they sound like gentlemen but they’re indeed gentle sexy men.

Fast Pace

Before Light a Flame became the sexiest song of the band, Fast Pace ignited the standard. The song is basically about taking things slow. If you know you know! To mention, in the choreography when the 12 members mirror Jeonghan, it will give you goosebumps. The band recently performed this song with a different choreography but the original remains legendary.

Hit Song

Nope, this isn’t the HIT track, that was snubbed at MAMA Awards but another different original that has a very catchy pre-chorus. The vocals and the rap of the team are exemplary in this song. Definitely, SEVENTEEN does not have any bad songs.

Let Me Hear You Say

Another excellent song from this band that created its own chant because CARATS just couldn’t resist loving the line, “Baby chocolat boda deo dalkom dalkom hae” Yes, they’re addressing their fans as baby chocolates.

I Don’t Know

“Nadho Molla” (Even I do not know) why this song is underrated. It is again an unexpected track with a mixed team of members from the band that sounds so so good. Go have a listen and enjoy the melody.

Network Love

Network Love is sung by the foreign line of SEVENTEEN and their vocals blended so well. The lyrics are a chef’s kiss that explains a romance blooming online. The drop is one of the best parts of the song.

I Wish

Heng:garae album really gave the band the mega boost, thanks to their title song Left and Right which went viral. However, the entire album had songs that were equally good. Among them, I Wish really stood out to me because it had a nostalgic feel attached to it.

24H

Despite being the title track with the most beautiful and eccentric choreography, 24H didn’t get the recognition it deserves. Yes, this song was released in Japanese but it doesn’t limit the fact it still belongs to SEVENTEEN. Stream and let the video reign the internet.

Ash

From one of their recent albums, Ash is yet another gem that got lost. The rhythm of the pre-chorus and the chorus is really snappy and moreover, the team members have really sang out of their comfort zone.

Ah Yeah

You can literally hear the voices of teenage Vernon, Scoups, Wonwoo, and Mingyu in this track. After listening to their recent songs, when I go back to this song I can’t help but smile because they sound cutely powerful. Anyway, Ah Yeah is a bop.

Rock

You won’t stop shaking your head when they sing the “Rock my head” line. Damn, it still baffles me that half of the team members were still young teenagers when they produced this vibrant track.

Habit

The vocal team’s songs are always the priority when someone is in need of a lullaby. Hence staying true to that fact, Habit is another track to play during bedtime. The beautiful rhythm and the powerful vocals of the five artists will amaze you. P.S. The hand picking the rings on the album cover belongs to Seungkwan.
