K-dramas have become a part and parcel of our lives and most leave the audience engaged with their thrilling and dramatic stories with relatable characters.
However, sometimes there comes a show that will leave you scratching your head at the end of the show - maybe the characters' arcs need more discussion or the story simply ended on a cliffhanger. These shows left us feeling something similar.
Audiences were left shocked after Pil-do's sudden murder and then the bloodshed that ensued in My Name's last episode. A further season might be necessary to let audiences know whether Ji-woo has found her peace after the devastating events of the first season.
Another revenge saga, the events of the first season are enough to give viewers sleepless nights. Although the first season does end quite nicely, it wouldn't hurt to get a season 2 wherein we see Moon Dong-eun finally happy with Joo Yeo-jeong.
Let's get one thing straight - no one liked the ending of this Kdrama. With that in mind, audiences are owed another season wherein we see Na Hee-do and Baek Yi-jin together in some capacity, considering her husband apparantly also travels for work or something, rending the reason for their breakup sort of useless.
In the epilogue of the series, we see Chang-sun imagining his perfect life with Man-wol, a life that was impossible in their current lifetimes. Well, we wouldn't hate for that to be a possibility in a second season!
While the story ended in a way which showed that nothing more can happen, the amazement that the show brought forth was unforgettable and it would be interesting to see what Hyun-woo's life became after his return to his previous life. Also, if he is able to go back to being the chaebol then how would that work out?
This heartbreaking Kdrama left all of us crying every week and although it ended on a sweet note, we still need to know how Mi-joo and Kang-ho live their lives. After the devastation that has been Kang-ho's life for a long time, a sequel letting us know that he's safe and happy is the least that fans should get!
This kdrama has a lot going on - backstabbing, memory wiping and whatnot. The end, left on a cliffhanger, will thus leave you with a hundred questions that definitely scream for a season 2!
