Also known as the 2023 Grand Bell Awards (대종상 영화제), the 59th edition of the annual ceremony was held at the Gyeonggi Arts Center Grand Theater and Convention Hall, South Korea, and hosted by actors Cha In-pyo and Jang Do-yeon.
