My Happy Marriage Episode 7 Reactions: Miyo and Kiyoka’s Affection Leaves Fans In a Puddle of Emotions

My Happy Marriage Episode 7 Reactions from fans are all about Miyo and Kiyoka’s relationship as they grow closer to each other with each step. The seventh episode premiered on August 16, 2023, on Netflix. My Happy Marriage (My Blissful Marriage) or Watashi no Shiawase na Kekkon (わたしの幸せな結婚) is an upcoming anime series which will be premiering on Netflix. Based on the light novel of the same name written by Akumi Agitogi and illustrated by Tsukiho Tsukioka, it also has a manga adaptation illustrated by Rito Kohsaka.

The anime series is directed by Takehiro Kubota under Kinema Citrus Studios. Ami Satō, Takahito Ōnishi and Momoka Toyoda are credited as the writers, and Evan Call gives the music. Licensed under Netflix, the series is scheduled to run for 13 episodes. The opening theme song is Anata no Soba ni (貴方の側に。, “By Your Side”) by Riria and the ending theme song, Vita Philosophica (ヰタ・フィロソフィカ), is performed by Kashitarō Itō.

The plot of the show is set in the early fictional years of Japan, where possessing supernatural powers holds the utmost form of respect. However, Miyo, following the death of her mother, leads a rather miserable life with her stepmother and stepsister. As she possesses no power, she is deemed as a useless member of the household, and everyone in the family devalues her. She is married off to a ruthless commander named Kudou, and her life completely changes since then.

In the seventh episode of the series, Miyo and Kiyoka get closer to each other as their relationship develops drastically after the traumatic incident. They both understand each other on a deeper level and maintain a mature relationship. Kiyoka has an innate sense of protectiveness and possessiveness towards Miyo, basically because of how she has been abused in the past.

The fans, as usual, take to twitter to discuss the episode. Everyone is extremely pleased to see that Miyo is now in a safe environment where she receives all the love and respect from everyone around her. Moreover, they are thrilled at the adorable exchanges and conversations between the couple. However, they are worried about what the future might hold for them.
